Ethereal Crown yoga literally meets you where you are!

Sometimes showing up for a group yoga class can be the hardest part of the practice. For some, practicing in a big group of people is motivating. For others, it can be overwhelming and intimidating. When I first began my yoga practice I wanted to attend more classes, but different barriers deterred me. I didn't have a car, I often was depressed or anxious, or both.

Over the years I've met different yogis who let me in on why they no longer frequent studios. Access to transportation, mental health issues, large group settings, studio clique culture, child care, Covid-19, among others are all barriers I have heard. But, they don't have to be road blocks. A private and customized practice from the comfort of your own home could be the solution you've been longing for.

ABOUT PRIVATE YOGA SESSIONS

ETHEREAL CROWN OFFERS INDIVIDUAL AND GROUP PRIVATE YOGA SESSIONS

 I bring all the props to you including blocks, straps, meditation pillows,
bolsters, blankets, mats, etc

IntakeFirst Session

Complimentary extra 15 minutes for first intake session

We will review your intake forms you fill out prior to our first session for the first 10 minutes. We will connect and touch base with how you are feeling that day and where you want to be (consciously, mentally, spiritually, physically tuning into what is going on) You will receive your Ethereal Crown journal where you can scribe/draw/create your process to higher consciousness.

** Please note: If you are a new client, you must schedule an intake private session. All waivers and liability forms must be read, signed, and completed prior to our 1st session together.

1 on 1 PRIVATE SESSIONS

PRIVATE 1 on 1 Sessions - include a mental, spiritual, and physical 1st round check-in, grounding and centering meditation, breathwork, physical asana yoga movement, savasana with a cool scented cloth, closing meditation and post practice 2nd round check in

  • 1 on 1 Private Session- 60 Minute session $75

  • 1 on 1 Private- 75 Minute session $90

  • 1 on 1 Private - 90 Minute session $120

PRIVATE GROUP SESSIONS (5 or more people)

Group Sessions include a 1st round check in, grounding and centering meditation, breathwork, physical asana yoga movement, savasana with a cool scented cloth, 2nd round check in

  • 2 on 1 Private- 60 Minute session $30 Per person

  • 2 on 1 Private- 75 Minute session $35 Per person

  • 2 on 1 Private- 90 Minute session $40 Per person

  • I had the pleasure of meeting Kat a while back when I started taking yoga fall of 2022. Yoga is a journey and finding instructor you can resonate with is part of that journey.

    I dropped into one of her classes, and I found her to be absolutely amazing! Her voice and tone is zen like and soothing. She has a unique talent of providing a safe comfort space with her voice and many options for poses and how to use props.

    I truly enjoy her practice as she adds a personal positive perspective into every class and her energy radiates throughout the studio. I personally like that she’s very creative, accommodating , and supportive. She ends class with a personal touch and Savasna from within herself ❤️.
