I help you listen to your mind/body awareness that already exists within. I will guide you to take slow and intuitive asana movements, guided breath, and meditations. We will truly meet your body where it is that day by checking-in throughout the practice.

Our time together seeks to cultivate a yoga practice more than just asana.

  • I had the pleasure of meeting Kat a while back when I started taking yoga fall of 2022. Yoga is a journey and finding instructor you can resonate with is part of that journey.

    I dropped into one of her classes, and I found her to be absolutely amazing! Her voice and tone is zen like and soothing. She has a unique talent of providing a safe comfort space with her voice and many options for poses and how to use props.

    I truly enjoy her practice as she adds a personal positive perspective into every class and her energy radiates throughout the studio. I personally like that she’s very creative, accommodating , and supportive. She ends class with a personal touch and Savasna from within herself ❤️.

Hi I’m Kat!

I started practicing asana in high school and have been teaching since 2021. I have taught over 800 hours of classes in studio, zoom, and community center settings. I love constantly exploring different avenues of yoga and am excited to meet you on your mat sometime soon to begin your journey to a higher consciousness.
